The implementation of a UEFA Champions League final requires a perfect preparation of the required framework conditions. The organizer’s questions had to be answered in a very short amount of time, very detailed and/or supported by clear and strong concepts.
The main content was developed in close collaboration and coordination with the respective stadium operator and local stakeholders. Among many others, the city authorities and services, the fire department, the police and the transport companies were directly included in the planning process.
In addition to the designation of hospitality areas, conference, office, and storage rooms, the exact location of camera positions and media infrastructure, a major focus was set on the matchday experience for disabled people.
